Kokos-Rote Linsen-Dal mit Zimt und Basmati Reis
Zubereitung
Die Linsen zusammen mit den Zwiebeln, der Zimtstange und dem Kurkuma in einen Topf geben. Mit 500 ml Wasser und der Kokosmilch aufgießen und zum kochen bringen.
Wenn das Dal gar ist; Herd ausstellen und zur Seite stellen.
Das Ghee in einem seperaten Pfanne oder in einem Topf erhitzen.Kreuzkümmel und Senfsamen 30 Sekunden lang anrösten, dann die Curryblätter, geriebenen Ingwer und gehackten Knoblauch hinzugeben.
Aufpassen das der Ingwer und Knoblauch nur goldbraun werden und nicht anbrennen.
Wenn der Gewürzsud fertig ist zum Dal geben, und mit Zitronensaft, Steinsalz und Pfeffer/Trikatu abschmecken.
Ghee in einem Topf erhitzen , Basmatireis dazu geben bis er leicht glasig ist.
Kardamomkapseln leicht zerdrücken oder ein wenig im Mörser zerkleinern.
Wasser, Steinsalz und Kardamom zum Reis geben, kurz aufkochen lassen und danach bei geringer Hitze 15 min. köcheln lassen
Und fertig ist ein einfaches, leckeres und schnelles Anti-Aging Rezept.
Die Zutaten und die Zubereitung ist ein echter Allrounder im Ayurveda zum Aufbau aller Körpergewebe.
Zutaten
Für das Dal:
200 gr Rote Linsen
400 ml Kokosmilch
3 Tl Ghee
Curryblätter getrocknet oder frisch
2 Knoblauchzehen fein gehackt
1 Zwiebel fein gehackt
1Tl gemahlenen Kurkuma
1 Stück Ingwer
1TL gemahlenen Kreuzkümmel
1TL Senfsamen
1 Stange Zimt
Steinsalz nach Geschmack
Pfeffer oder Trikatu
Zitronensaft
Für den Reis:
1 Tasse Basmatireis
2 Tassen Wasser
1 TL Steinsalz
5 Kardamom Kapseln
