Rote Beete Hummus
Zubereitung
Rote Beete waschen, schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden, Kichererbsen durch ein Sieb abgießen, mit allen restlichen Zutaten in einen Mixer geben, bis das Hummus eine cremige und rosige Konsistenz hat.
Das bezauberende Hummus in eine schöne Schale füllen und mit Petersilie/Koriander, Sesam- und Schwarzkümmelsamen dekorieren.
Es passt perfekt als Dip zu Chapatis, Reis und Gemüse.
